What You'll Bring:
- Seven years’ experience in business and commercial litigation.
- An exceptional ability to understand, analyze, and tackle complex legal issues.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- A wealth of experience drafting key legal documents.
- An aptitude for managing client documents.
- Proficiency with essential software, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Westlaw.
- A California paralegal certificate or paralegal certification and a bachelor's degree.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
- The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $75,000 to $110,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location.
