Protorae Law in Tysons, Virginia is seeking to add an experienced attorney to its Business Transactions and Business Entities practice.
Candidates should have in-depth, broad-based experience in advising clients and drafting documents relating to business transactions, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other business ownership issues. Experience in government contracting or intellectual property is a plus. Candidates should also have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with demonstrated motivation. Active Virginia Bar membership is required.
Protorae Law has a strong presence in the business community and regularly handles sophisticated transactional and litigation matters. The firm actively sponsors and encourages attendance at various regional marketing events devoted to the government contracts community as well as the business community at large.
Candidates need to have a portable book of business, which should grow with the firm’s investment in marketing.
